I recall seeing a photo of Moraine Lake in Canada in a magazine and was instantly captivated by its surreal colours and glassy reflections. The images I saw were mostly taken at midday so I thought of capturing it in a different light, literally.
I got up really early and got there in time, looking for the right spot. Clouds blocked the sunlight at first but my patience paid off when the rays managed to pierce through momentarily, barely just enough time for a few captures.
The peaceful reflections...they remain deeply etched in my mind.
For people who are wondering, no, this is not a HDR and I did not use any software processing to achieve this effect. Only filters are used in all my work and the same goes for this

Hi Mina! Thanks so much for the feature! It's nice to be in an interesting category for once! I'm really glad you suggested it even though it looked like just a beautiful image! So here's to you!
Indeed! At first it looks like just a beautiful image, but when you look closer it's so amazing! The colors, the lights, the crisp lines of nature, everything is just perfect! So, all people loved this DD immediately! It's my honor and happiness to be the suggester of this piece. ^^
